Payment methods
All orders must be paid prior to shipping. We accept Visa and MasterCard through Pay Pal. We also accept Direct Deposits. We have to wait for funds to be received before orders are dispatched.
Within New Zealand
Orders and payment received from Monday to Friday are usually processed within 3 days. We provide an unconditional money-back guarantee for damaged or defective goods and these will be returned to us and replaced at our cost. Please advise us promptly of any problems. Usually freight and packaging for New Zealand orders is NZ$ 8.00. However, if your address is rural you will be charged an extra $3.00 surcharge fee regardless of your order value.
International
La Finca Herbs accepts no liability for the replacement of any goods or any costs relating to or arising from the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body. We accept no liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods that you order are not prohibited within your country. International Orders may require legal documents for export purposes. Please check with you local shipping agent or customs agent.
Pricing for postage of international orders is to be determined for each specific order.
